I'm lucky enough to be a season ticket holder at Lambeau. 96 was a helluva year! I watched so much terrible Packer football in the 70's and 80's, that it was incredible to have my team be good! Pretty tough duty having Favre and Rodgers for all these years! Lol.

The eagles underwent one of the worst uniform changes of all time that year. The 86 - 95 eagles uniform was beautiful and fit that city. This flashy midnight green one (which still persists) is hideous and was for years barely distinguishable from the Seahawks uniform from a distance. No idea why they felt the need to fix an unbroken aesthetic. As a former Redskins fan (to hell with the queer bait “commanders” and the post woke NFL) having the iggles play in shitty uniforms certainly didn’t do me any harm.

While I do agree the 86-95 uniforms we’re stunning, the play on the field was not…haha, switching to midnight green was a great idea in my opinion! The Eagles rock it nowadays and have been a lot more successful wearing it.
