RIP Tim Lester - They didn't win one in the 90s, but these teams were so great to watch. Fun, tough, great D, a formidable running game, and even Slash.

Game had everything that made the Steelers great in the 90s. The Bus, Rod Woodson pick, and a Bill Cowher stair at the punter. Fantastic!

I really enjoy how touchdowns in this game are celebrated joyously with hugs and back slaps instead of ridiculous dances and antics. The NFL today needs to stop the juvenile behavior of players after a touchdown.

Bill Johnson was a great loss for the Steelers in '97. Cowher Didn't like him
@KeithFroehlich073 жыл бұрын
Bill Johnson had alcohol problems when he was in Cleveland and then he got busted for another DUI as a Steeler and that ended his time in Pittsburgh. For some reason Tom Donahoe liked to sign free agent drunks, he then signed Donnell Woolford in 1997 to replace Rod Woodson after he lowballed him and he only lasted one season because he couldn't cover anybody and got benched. They then moved Carnell Lake back to cornerback.
@atrain8183 жыл бұрын
@@KeithFroehlich07 wow. Never knew bill Johnson had alcohol trouble. Yeah they moved lake back to cb during '97. As u pointed out woolford couldn't cover anyone. Then after 97 they signed DW and planned to move lake back.to SS. Chad scott tore his acl and lake went back to corner
