We only gave up 15 points until 34 seconds left in the game, smitty dropped a touchdown pass, Barkley crucial drop to end the game, 9 penalties and nick not kicking the early FG, all fixable, alarming but fixable, the defense needs to settle in and start making more plays 🤷🏻‍♂️ could of been a 31-22 awaiting an onside kick type of game but we shall see, definitely concerned though honestly

Yeah the vibes obviously felt like some of last years collapses but at the same time, a lot more was going right. Smitty got locked up on that play and we know AJ has better hands so if we had him that's almost certainly a touchdown. I don't blame the play call for Barkley since they were stuffing the middle and the play was perfectly executed besides making the catch, and the undisciplined play was certainly an issue too. Realistically we still can lose to the Saints but no way I'm writing off this season yet lol.

Great take my biggest worry is nicks decision making in those moments. Love the defense. Offense is growing , no Aj , no reason to panic right now .

Yeah they should be a lot quieter and more upset and the absolute failure on defense and a lot of questionable calls offensively. I remember losing in HS and college and the locker room was never hyped after a loss much less a close loss like that where you should have won

It's important to not get emotional over games, or it can take you out of the next game. How many teams we've seen be overly emotional one game and drained the next? Leave the bipolar behavior to the fans.
