Dear Alux, as a car enthusiast, cars aren't always bad investments. Toyota GR Yaris, Porsche GT3, Nissan GTR 32, 33 & 34, Honda NSX, Mazda RX7 FD, 59 Mustang & certain Ferrari models plus many more have all increased considerably..

Years ago I was an independent stock trader who was doing pretty well and I remember when I was getting ready to buy a expensive sports car and my aunt wanted me to pay off my mortgage instead. I did not pay off the mortgage and then the market turned down in 2000 and I lost $100,000! I could have paid off the house and did not get the car either! Now, I am much more conservative trying to pay off all debt while investing 15% of my retirement income.

We just sold our business! It was only for $725K but that’s not bad considering we started our life with a waterbed frame, a futon, and a big clunky TV (and not the smart TV kind). We have several other investments too and have a decent net worth but we are absolutely semi-retiring in our early 50’s! Keep going everyone and stay motivated! Even if I had the money, I don’t think I would use a jet, I’ve been humbled too many times and know better!

You have to pay extra for the learning packs in the app when the KZbin videos claim you get a so much value for the $99 a year subscription but you actually get more value by listening to the free KZbin videos than you do from the app. I wrote the customer service about this over two weeks ago with no response 👎

The whole thing is sleazy, good information shrouded in the illusion that the channel is an expert . If this channel got demonetized , they would be broke. Unfortunately, that mental transition can break you quicker than before you had the money you had. I was already aware of building an optimised business system, implemented with a topgraded and loyal team, from reading books like rich dads cashflow quadrant and Billion dollar secret. But i still think, it's an accredited BONUS. Some people I've known, are also likely to make mistakes due to religious Fanatism. They sentimentally Think Religion " is the key" to building wealth, and donate most of their income to The Church and it's Clergy. Another example i know of, are guys who are desperate to fall in love or find their " ideal woman", this puts them in a gullible position which leads to exploitation and emotional vandalism. ❤️
