The list is useless, the value is hidden in the content! 1 - Accept that you’re not motivated and that needs to change 2 - Why are you doing this? What is your purpose? Break it down! 3 - Make the goal visible so you can’t miss it 4 - Visualise the entire process of achieving your goal 5 - Find the first 2 steps you need to take and complete them 6 - Fix energy levels in your body 7 - Force your body to put in the work - even if it’s shit 8 - Clean up your environment & remove distractions 9 - Create a sense of internal urgency - set a deadline with real repercussions 10 - Schedule for tomorrow - start early! 11 - Think of the people that doubted you that you need to prove wrong 12 - Emulate your heroes and then help yourself 13 - Move the needle - every day 14 - Create a reward for after you achieve your goal or milestone 15 - Do it for the people you love & remember to love yourself

I’m in! Since step 2 I knew this is literally a masterclass, thank you for your guidance and massive respect for your dedication and example. I took my time to squeeze as much as I could and I resonated on so many things and got so much clarity with my needs and recognize my efforts on new perspectives that now I’m getting more fuel out of.
Alux, when I was young there were no computers, we were taught with chalkboard and library books, and we expected to be to work at the same company for life and retire. Now I am watching your videos, and realize I am old, and very poor. Please do a video on how to manage ageism, still work at growing, and somehow manage old age enough to avoid homelessness. Everyone turns me away because of age, but I have to work and survive. I used to be the best secretary in any office. Now I am obsolete. Thank you.

@@augustsousa That is a great question I would like to know the answer to. Hopefully the OP responds.

@@KudukUngol It was a curse and a bliss to go through depression and suicide attempts, find hope eventually and realize that since I was fortunate to survive and make it through, might as well try to do something that has always been what made me happy. I tutored many kids in my early kids and seeing them succeed and pass tests just made my heart melt. I was born in a family of reiki masters and a line of witches, and since birth had a feel for things. Manifested countless miracles from small (money) to huge (like depression recovery) and eventually became a mindset and manifestation coach. Ultimately, it came down to saying f**k it, I'm alive might as well enjoy this one life, since then it's been a complete bliss, hope this helps
@KudukUngol3 жыл бұрын
@@AndreyZenperial This does help, thanks for replying. I struggle with motivation because I have no goals, and I have no goals because most days I don't care about anything. Maybe that is depression so on that note I can relate. I've tried to adopt a kind of F*k it attitude too (in a positive way that you described). I've been looking for work and I'm open to anything to maybe find something new I'm good at that wakes something up in me but I can't even get hired at a min. wage retail job. I'm not passionate about anything, nothing makes me happy but I still need a way to pay my bills, ya know? Sounds like you've been through a lot and worked hard to get to this point. Congratulations on your business and discovering your bliss! :)
@AndreyZenperial3 жыл бұрын
@@KudukUngol I know what it’s like thinking you have nothing to look forward to/have no passions/lack motivation. There is just so much noise in our society and lives that in order to “find” something we like doing, it comes down to not only looking places but also detaching from all the noise, making sure the mind is quite and tapping into the truest version of you! Dare you to look at your own photos when you were 5, bet you couldn’t stop smiling! With time we acquire liming beliefs that get really deep in our subconscious minds and unless you raise awareness on them, you just go through life (tiptoeing safely to death) thinking something is wrong with you for experiencing mediocrity. If anything, you truly got this. I completely understand balancing the practicalities of life (bills and jobs) but “making a living” should really never become The Thing, it’s all about Living. Those who have looked within and discovered happiness and bliss are the ones winning the game in my opinion

Anything great and long lasting comes with time. Motivation from external factors comes and goes. But, with patience, if you can cultivate 'self-motivation', a a burning desire to propel you forward that emanates from within, then this type of motivation can be ever lasting. The following quote comes to mind: “No great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig. If you tell me that you desire a fig, I answer that there must be time. Let it first blossom, then bear fruit, then ripen.” - Epictetus

The mind is the battery of the body, while motivation is the power that enables the battery to function. Just as your cell becomes useless when the battery is down, your life become inactive, useless and hopeless when you are not motivated. You are the best beneficiary of your success, but the worst victim of your failure. This is the reason you should not treat issues about your success with levity. This is also the reason you should be self-motivated, rather than waiting or expecting to be motivated by others. Why would you not forget to charge the battery of your cellphone, but always forget to charge the battery of your life? Between your cellphone and your life, which is more important.

I so need to hear to you guys daily. I love the straight forward talk. No bs, just do the work and stop wishing for crap to fall on your lap. For the, motivation and boredom (as in I get bored easy, my attention span is horrible) are my biggest problems and I have a hard time dealing with it. Thanks for the straight talks!
