In my mid-twenties I hit the final straw. Tired of messing up and just not being that bright of a person. In and out of jail between 17-24 and once my mother passed away and other events put me in a really bad depression. Took sometime to clear my head and start moving forward in a positive light. Every negative has a positive.

Never be afraid to reinvent. From poor student to college professor, until the economy of PR crashed. Became an art teacher in FL, but the culture shock and how teachers are treated made me run to be a photographer for a company that had their days counted. Then I jumped to work at a cellphone company running credit scores for new applicants. I landed a software job winging it like an over achieving bat. Saved my pennies and became a massage therapist and side gigged till I was able to pay for barbering school and quit my toxic business job. I’m a barber by day and a massage therapist at night making more money and being so happy to be my own boss. There were moments I thought I was going to lose my marbles but one thing kept m going: ‘having a purpose, by purposely having a great time’ I wish many understand how strong they are. Hugs

My advice that has helped me along on my journey of self-improvement 1) read what Interests you 2) only focus on what aligns with your goals, what you want in your future self, and your health 3) cut back on social media , doesn’t mean delete it, but go into your settings and turn off all notifications for apps that do not contribute to your goals 4) keep a calendar and dedicate a time in the day or on a certain time and day to add things to it 5) don’t worry about choosing a new diet when it comes to food, just think about what you are thinking of eating next and if that particular food will help you goal of eating better / losing weight (example, at restaurants ask for water not soda), cut down on meat , eat more fish or chicken etc) 6. Enjoy time to yourself outside 7. Name things in your life that you are thankful or grateful for

The Universe will provide. Just this morning, I got the call that I got hired for a Director's position in my field & although I'm thrilled, a feeling of fear & slight nausea started creeping in & I feel like it's going to increase the closer the time comes. I've been in my current position for 12 years and it's familiar and comfortable, so the thought of working somewhere farther from home, in a new environment, with new responsibilities, where I know only 1 person is a little overwhelming & scary, although the benefits are many. Between this video & some wise words from Abraham Hicks, I'm starting to feel encouraged that I'm making the right decision. Although I only know 1 person there, the video says to make 1 connection in my new world, & I already have that. For the last few months, I've been putting into the Universe that I want a new job, last week a former coworker (who I trained) texted me & asked if I'd be interested in interviewing for a position at her new job. I interviewed on Monday & knew it went extremely well; today (Wednesday), they offered me the job - making a sh*tload more money, an prestigious title, great vacation package, excellent benefits, & a beautiful office! I'm so grateful! I think I just needed a little reassurance. I'm ready! 💖💫

My takeaways from this video: - you can change a lot in 6 months, come up with a plan and commit to it - if it doesn't work out, you're back to where you started which is where you are right now. So there is no reason not to try - you can always reinvent yourself. It's not a once-and-for-all, once in a lifetime decision. You keep learning about yourself and the world around you and make adjustments as you go along.

Psyching your self up to go to a job interview 5. Buying your first alcoholic drink at a bar (I remember being so embarrassed and my cheeks were red.) 6. Going on a date 7. Buying your first car. Thank you for this video; this is exactly what I have planned for this year. I retire next month at the age of 55, I’m going to re-invent myself and start over in the Caribbean (even in these challenging times). It’s supposed to be!

Mahatma Ghandi said be the change you want to see in the world. Being selfless is not thinking less about yourself but thinking others more and in order to make a small change that will be compounded for years to come is through teaching because what you teach today will be thought tomorrow so thank you for the inspiration video

Comrade, Use your VA loan; up to a 4plex. Review your claim add any secondary issues. 60% or 70% combined can apppy for UI and get a provisional 100% c&p.

Challenge accepted 😂 I’ve reinvented myself! A gift to myself, one of the small changes since my last birthday: my American accent have switched to British. People keep asking whether I studied in UK 😄 I like brand new me #LUCIFER 2.0. & this 2021 goal: I’m gonna move to different country, doing different things 😉

Dear Alux, I am watching this video after one year of posting it. That said, I have been following your channel for sometime now and I really enjoy the content. I am now at 1.5 version of myself but I strongly believe I am going to be my version of 2.0 in a year and not far from it I shall achieve my 3.0 (which I wish is my best version where I travel the world, find love and create art without worrying about money). So CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Thank you for all the videos. See you on the other side.
