If I had to give it a score I'd say it's around a 3 (4 optimistically if you only ever use it wired).

I've had really good experience with eksa headphones, specifically the e900 series. I think the wired version was sub $50.

Lack of swivel means the top band will crack and leave a dent in your head if your head is too big.
