Ear Pinning Surgery: How to Prepare

I have developed telephone ear on my Left side. Had a traditional otoplasty. Helical fold created and Concha bowl cut down. Went from 32mm to 12. Read, so many doffernt options on fixing this. Should I trust my original surgeon? Is telephone ear just a complication sometimes? How do you fix this? What does it normally cost to fix it? read some docs fix in office.

I know im kinda late, i have a question. Im scared of the ears being pinned too far back, and ive seen a few people say that they naturally loosen up a bit after time and thats when they look normal. Is this true?

I was told they went up, but lucky for me I got mines before the prices went up, I got quoted for 4500 but now I think they’re 5000 or 5500. Going to have a procedure in a couple of weeks and I can’t wait!
