Taylor can’t tell you how much I’ve come to enjoy and respect you since you joined Rhys. I was so used to Rhys that I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about someone new. But your personality is all your own yet you and Rhys seem to mesh so seamlessly. Truly I’m glad you’ve come aboard and look forward to years of enjoyment together. Stay happy and congrats on the half marathon.

As a user of silicone ear plugs myself (for sleeping), you really have to refine your process and ensure that you are only covering the ear and not ramming the ear plugs in like a foam ear plug. Personally I think that silicone ear plugs are the best behind ear plugs personally made for you.

I used to use these wax earplugs for better sleeping, but one morning I woke up with most of one plug dissapeared from my ear but I could feel there was some left in my ear. I used my long nail to check how far it was in and it was just completely against my drum. Luckily my mother could see it with some light and then grabbed a tool to push your cuticle away. It looked like a tiny spoon. Luckily she was able to scoop it out at the seconds try. Now I avoid them like the plague and use foam ones instead, being cautious to not push them in too far. My dad still uses wax ones though and when I see how small the pieces are he puts in his ears I get shivers
