I can be a version of myself, but I can’t be me. Seeing two adults (especially men) both respect and love their children gets me emotional. It makes me wonder how different life could have been

Shortly before my mom became bedridden I took her to a few movies. One was Christopher Robin. There was a very emotional scenein the film, and I held my mother's hand. As we sat there I was overwhelmed with gratitude to be there with her. It was one of the most special moments of my life.

A upcoming show should be the guys testing products and how they work for people with temporary (or permanent) disabilities. Example there is a product to help Link slide his socks on while he can’t use his one arm. Also, cast covers for showers, do they work? Waterless shampoo is a thing or what is available for helping do your hair while temporarily unable to do so as normal!

Rhett talking about them creating from the soul was so wonderful to listen to. For various reasons I've gotten behind on GMM/Ear Biscuits (hence why I'm just now commenting on this, several months after it released). It's not the first time this has happened but every time I come back and get caught up on all the content I've missed, it just feels refreshing and like coming home again. (I've been watching a lot of MatPat's content on his various channels as well as Smosh content, plus various Animal Crossing content creators who have smaller audiences but are still fantastic in the meantime). It feels good to come back and hear your voices and and process what you're experiencing, both good & bad & everything in between. Love you guys so much and so proud of you.

Link, I know exactly what you mean about that time with your mom. When my Dad passed, right before everything shut down for Covid (literally the day after his funeral, all gathering was canceled, it was March 8th, 2020). My sisters, and brother (there are 6 of us) spend 5 days in the end of life Hospice suite. It was so important to that moment, and to the next 15 months where we all mourned separately. We are so grateful for that time together.

I loved this episode. So often ear biscuits is focused, which isn't a bad thing, there's 50 or so a year. We got a bit more of a peek behind the curtain for the guys on this ep and it's so good. It resolidified my respect for both of them. It was a nice reflection on 2022. Looking forward to 2023 with the guys and the GMM crew and Mythical staff as a whole. Here I am again I just had to mention this one thing. Watching parts of the mythical show that were available to us the main thing I took from it was when Jesse was finished singing with you and she headed over to the side of the stage where so many people were waiting for her and she and Christy embraced and just you could see how happy they both were Christy was just as happy for her as she was for rhett and Link..... She was so proud of Jesse and it was wonderful to see this you all of you have taught us so much your love for your families no one has made me laugh harder then you two goofy guys..... I just wanna say what keeps me from listening to dispatches from mertyle beach often is I just really need a visual component to stay “in” the story. One of my biggest dreams is to someday form the sort of musical connection with someone that you both describe having with Post Malone. It doesn’t have to be a celebrity like him, I just would like someone to share my passion for music with. I’ve tried to make multiple music-related plans and connections with friends over the years; but I’ve never met someone else with that passion, so those music-related plans and connections never really get off the ground.
