I've really appreciate your videos with no talking and just music. It's so peaceful and soothing to watch you make soap. Thank you for making this style of videos! This soap is a really pretty color combo.

Just wondering where you got the round mold you squashed the scraps into? I’ve never seen one other those before.

I really like that mica line and that you used the tea as an exfoliant. ❤

The last time I used the lye water to melt my oils ,my batch was destroyed,and turned into an oily mess right after swirling it to perfection ,what happened ?The only other thing I did differently was not completely dissolving my sugar before adding it to the oils ,do you think that was the problem ?

Hello, may I inquire about the temperature at which you begin incorporating the micas? Your blend appears wonderfully fluid 😍. I typically soap between 90 and 96 degrees, but my batter tends to thicken rapidly.
@OpheliasSoapery Жыл бұрын
I use the heat transfer method so my oils are around 100-110°F. There could be a couple causes of the batter thickening quickly. You could be stick blending too much and the fragrance could cause it.

Could be a number of things, over mixing/ stick blending, accelerating fragrance oil too steep of a water discount. Most of the time it’s one of the first 2 :)

If you don’t mind me asking, where did you find the earl grey tea fragrance?

Brambeberry's Bergamot and Black Tea smells amazing. Here is the description from their website: It has notes of bergamot, lime, earl grey tea leaves, cucumber, beeswax, amber, and musk.

I'd check Nature's Garden, that's where she gets a lot of her fragrance oils
