Your piping skills are beautiful ❤ Its so calming to the mind to watch you making the flowers and other toppers you make for your soaps. I dont have the hand control or motor skills anymore to do piping, since my 2nd brain surgery. So, I come to watch you do your magic ❤

u know what my favorite rose is a yellow !! I grew up listening to "the yellow rose of Texas" by Elvis Presley & have adored yellow roses since along with deep red old heirloom roses we have in the yard! peonies & carnations are other favorites along with iris's !!

So beautiful😍❤️ I have a question: could I use the heat transfer method to melt tallow?
@OpheliasSoapery Жыл бұрын
I’ve never used tallow. I imagine if it was chopped into small pieces it would. Try just a small 1 pound batch and see. :)
@dorisrronda6365 Жыл бұрын
I will, thank you very much ❤️🙏
@ExtraterrestrialGirlNL Жыл бұрын
When you do the heat transfer method, do you pre-melt some of your hard oils? Because it’s always liquid when you start. I tried this method the other day and the lye and hard oils cooled down to 25c. So maybe it’s because you already partially melted the hard oils? Or are the liquids already added? Your help would be very appreciated. Thank you 😊
@OpheliasSoapery Жыл бұрын
The liquid oils are room temperature oils such as olive oil and castor oil. When I do the heat transfer method I do not let my lye cool down at all. I want it as hot as can be so it will melt everything fully :)

Please let me know the white molder that you used with the soap scraps off the bevel. I don’t know what the device would be called. Lol. Thanks

Why do you stir so much when using the immersion blender? I thought that thing does the stirring for you?
@OpheliasSoapery Жыл бұрын
I don’t always have it on. If I had it on the entire time the soap would thicken up really fast.

Hi why is the soap soft thay you can mold it
@OpheliasSoapery2 ай бұрын
The roses? You longer you let soap set it will harden. So I wait until the right consistency to be able to pipe it.
