This is my unboxing video of the Tama’s classic hardware package. This hardware package is designed to function and look like the 1950s & 60s Ludwig flat-based cymbal, hi hat, and snare stands.
This hardware is very lightweight. It is a more up to date version of the classic Ludwig flat based hardware design. It’s very functional and strong enough to work with my jazz and low volume rock playing style. After a few weeks of putting it through my drumming, I am confident that it will work great for in town club gigs, church, and rehearsals when I have tote my drum kit around.
Now, if you are looking really strong boom stands and heavy metal hardware then this is not for you. But if you want stands that will be enough for your low volume gig, look very vintage and not break your back ... you found your next hardware package!
