A lot of these structures still stand today. And the House and Senate buildings are now named for former congressional leaders!

Listen to the quip near the beginning about being over Congress. What a treasure this little summary is.

The Peace Monument commentates the Civil War, not WWI. That's not the Government Printing Office. It's the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. From the western end of the Mall, not the northern. Memorial bridge, not the Key Bridge. The statue of Lincoln is flanked by marble tablets not by bronze ones. Mount Vernon is owned by the Mount Vernon Ladies Association not by the American people.

Then as now the city represents the soul and progress of the USA. Tell me go take a stroll around the monunents and neighborhoods of DC. The shining example of american society, is this the vision our ancestors fought and died for? Is DC, what is the example of the best the USA has to offer something that gives you pride? Besides the pretty buildings and the history, today, does the capital of democracy instill confidence we are on the right path? Take a look around and give me your honest asessment, Im curious if this is a thing worthy of defending.

Wokeism is the villainization of white people. It is THE definition of racism.
