He can't turn you, since he's only a spawn. Only a "true" vampire like Cazador can sore spawns

I've got the prediction of the following: 1. Astarion can become a true Vampire by feasting on Cazador's blood or accepting an offer. 2. The player character can be given Vampire Spawn status by Cazador or accepting an offer to become true vampire. 3. Astarion can be cured of his vampirism through Cazador's defeat.
