I hope there will be QoL update so that BP belts and pipes can connect automatically and it would be awesome to have function to setup all machines to one recepy when placing them.. or afterwards like you can delete BP ctrl+v would put setting to whole BP. Thanks for the video

Krydax, awesome builds and solid walk throughs. I enjoy the minimal clipping and form fit of your designs. Keep up the good work!

Small proof of appreciation: Yesterday I broke ground on my next big project. It's a raw materials to supercomputer factory for personal use, so just one machine making the SC plus whatever it takes to feed it. I'm using the quartz route to also have a stock of oscillators to draw from. Anyway, last night I built the plants at the iron and copper nodes to convert to the reinforced plates, cables and sheets on the spot. I experimented with the concept I saw in your videos to have the output mergers over the input splitters. The difference is that I aligned the mergers to the ceiling. Anyway, I like how it affects the flow through the plant.

This is a terrific series, just what I needed to stumble across while diving into 1.0, thanks for doing these. Most of my past builds were much more open, with logistics in a separate level beneath factories, but this works so much better with blueprints.

What is your input on using a beam for power lines instead of power poles?

That works great too! It's just more work to build

Agreed. I love that he explains why he's doing things too. Other creators often just tell you what to do, without a reason. This approach lets you adapt and make the designs your own.
