Early Morning Regents Park Loops | What's it like?

I head up to London and cycle over to Regents park in the very early hours of a Wednesday morning for the Sportful/Wahoo meet up.
This was my first time doing early morning loops and wow was i surprised by just how busy it was. I know it was popular but i was shocked at how many people make time to head there in the summer for some early morning riding before work.
I dont know how you find all of the groups that ride here but i guess if you keep asking people then more and more people will share which groups meet and when.
London is an amazing place to cycle early in the morning in the summer. Cannot recommend going for an early morning ride across London enough. Its quite honestly amazing.

Ha! Definitely agree on the windows/mirror thing. I live in rural area so not much chance but I do when I pass a big window etc. One thing though, it seems so busy even on a quiet early morning that not sure I could cope with that on a regular basis.

Another good video. Cycle narcissism is to be avoided as might scare self looking at reflection in windows. Always wondered what Gandalf Corner was called officially. The chain gangs in London parks tend to have poor reputations due to speed limit non-compliance. One to watch out for. As you are local maybe worth having a ride through Windsor Great Park which has less traffic. Maybe also a video on the cycle culture at the cafe in the railway station in Windsor as always seems busy on Saturday. Keep up the good work.
