The transvaginal ultrasound shows two 2 cm left ovarian cysts, likely functional, such as follicular or corpus luteum cysts, which are common in early pregnancy. A 5-week intrauterine gestational sac with a normal yolk sac is also seen, indicating a healthy early pregnancy. The ovarian cysts are typically benign and related to normal physiological processes, while the yolk sac presence is reassuring for viability. The prognosis is favorable, with the cysts expected to resolve on their own, and the pregnancy developing normally. Follow-up may be recommended to monitor progress.
