I started crocheting 2 months ago and I absolutely love it I was slow to start with and made a blanket and a couple bandannas to start, now I have made a large large floor poufe, a medium and a large basket, 3 crop jumpers and carnation flowers in a pot of soil for mothers day. U will get quicker and quicker. I watched alot of tutorials of KZbin which helped me a lot. The colour of the yarn is beautiful ❤️

Audiobook enjoyment depends so much on the reader as well. Over the years I've developed my favourites and might even listen to a book just because of the reader.

You’ll get better at crocheting. Eventually you won’t even have to look at what you’re working on, you’ll just know the next step automatically-like muscle memory. The heart is super cute and mothers love things their children have made for them..,.ALWAYS. It’ll be a big hit. I’m so ready for Spring myself. It’s been cold and rainy here too. Not typical for California. And nothing like Ireland or England! But I feel better when it’s sunny and warm outside. Physically and mentally. I used to listen to audiobooks on my way home from work. And then I’d arrive home and sit in the car and listen for an extra half hour. Lol. So I know exactly what you mean. And when I read it plays out like a movie in my head too. I can see it in my mind. I wonder if everyone does that? Great video as usual! See you in the next one!

Keep going with the crochet, my advice for the cover, go up a hook size…it’ll grow faster and be looser x

I love the colors in the yarn you are using. I think if you found the same size crotchet hook without the handle you would enjoy crotcheting more. I always used a hook without the handle and tried to do it with a handle and it was much harder, the handle slowed me right down and cramped my hand. With a long hook you can poke it all the way through so your fingers don't cramp and the crotcheing goes much faster. I hope that made sense. Loved the coaster and the heart. Your Mum will love it and your cushion is coming out Beautiful. Try and find a long aluminum hook and you might enjoy it more. Also for the next project you might try going up a size or two in the hook and it will go much faster also. Loved your video and your Andy is so Sweet to get you a special mug for your anniversary 💞💞Even though it is gloomy now it is really Beautiful where you are. I agree! Get out in Nature! 🥰🥰🤗🤗🪴🪴🌻🌻🌳🌳🌱🌱🌿🌿☘☘

Oh no! I hated crochet before. Then got ergonomic hooks with handles like this and now I LOVE it. Game changer.

Keep going with the crochet! Like many things, it takes practice but will be worth it in the end. I've been crocheting for years now, and I am glad I didn't quit when I was learning😊

Loved this video. The place you visited looked amazing. Well done with the crochet. I've tried about 4 times. Simple tutorial on YT, but I keep ending up with more stitchezthan I started with. I'm spired to try again. The wool is gorgeous. Love and blessings🙏 🎉

It’s not yet fantastic down here in the South West, but the plants are telling us the spring is here. A question - do you use wild garlic when you cook?

Have you read Mary Stewart's Merlin trilogy (The Crystal Cave, The Hollow Hills, The Last Enchantment)? A skilled author, well researched about Merlin (and Arthur) from childhood to death. Inspiring and gripping. A must read. :)
