There's not many places where you can have a bite like that from land. The Raritan is a magical place. Love fishing that bay!

I hope south Jersey guys see what could have been if we didn't massacre all those spring cows in the Delaware bay. We had the biggest healthiest stock of bass on the east coast and we ruined it.
@SuperBikerboy101 Жыл бұрын
The entire population is screwed along the east coast. I won’t be suprised if we see a ban on fishing striper

Speak for yourself, most of us hardcore Striper guys don’t keep any - I haven’t kept a Striper in over 10 years
@Dselly8 ай бұрын
Yeah my grandfather would tell me stories of fishing off mystic island and tuckerton in the 70s and 80s there was no such thing as catch and release, dudes keeping breeders left and right, did the same thing flounder now the south jersey fishery is just destroyed, I have a place in wildwood and nobody in WW or cape may consistently has good days on the water anymore

Are you a fan of John Skinner? He turned me on to throwing bucktails. I find people look at me sideways when I tell them I’m bucktailing for stripers. Definitely not as popular here in nj, but very common in Long Island and other places.

@Bobbybaitz Жыл бұрын
This spot is already burnt to a crisp. You’ll pull up here most nights to 30+ guys. Hence, my lack of care. I probably shouldn’t have shown that much and I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks for watching.
@alexbennett9052 Жыл бұрын
ya man great work on the bucktail - I’m with Grant on the spot burn. 30 guys is still .0001% of the fishing population in our lovely garden state. we don’t need to make that 30 into 2,200. Keep crushing though brother 🤝
