Early Twin Pregnancy Failure - at 6wks Miscarriage | TVS Ultrasound

I got TVS , the Gestational sac size is 5.1mm, no yolk sac is not fetal. Please tell me this is correct. LMP is on 9th July, but I used the ovulation kit and as per that, I tried only after 23rd July for the baby and my ultrasound was done by 28 August in scan only Gestational sac 5.1mm .. please help me it is normal?

Yes. Repeat scan after 10 days

Uterus size 7cm length 1.9cm AP diameter 3.5cm width Is this normal size of uterus or small?
