OJT me bhai kuch nhi hota ,aapko training di jati hai ki kis treh ka kaam hai. Usme bss learnings hoti hai and salary milti hai bhai during OJT. You need to justify your salary . E.g. aapki salary 15000 hai. Plhe aapko plan sale kr kr ke apni salary kamani hai . Maan lo 5 plan sale krke aapka commission 15000 ban gaya. Ab iske upr aap jo bhi plan sale karoge vo aapka incentives hoga. Ye incentives aapko aapki 3rd month ki salary me add hoke milenge . Jitne bhi paise aap upr bnaoge utne hi paise aapko aapke teesre month ki salary me add hoke mil jayenge. Iss treh se incentives aapki salary ke saath add hoke milenge.

And if you are unable to achieve your target ,then base pay jis pay pe aapka selection hua hai ,vo to milti hi hai . Chahe sale aaye ya na aaye. Now talking about TL ,he is the one who drives the team. Mahaul set TL hi karta hai. Toxic TL talks /Angry TL ko aap ignore kr skte ho easily. Vo kuch bhi kehte hai Target poora krawane ke liye . Kbhi motivate krte hai ,kbhi gussa. It's a part of their job. Ignore the TL when they are angry . Learn like a pro from them . Kuch Kam ki bat lge to dimag me nhi to dil me bhi nhi. OJT (7-10days ) me aapka best time rehta hai. Training me aapko seekhate hai ,new learnings ,koi burden nhi target ka bss ek mock call nikalne ka chota sa load rehta hai ,vo saare nikal hi lete hai . And Bhai During OJT salary aapko milti hai poori .

In investment ,aapko PTA chalega ki mrkt me kis treh ke product available hai. Apni salary ko kha invest krna chaiye. Aisa Mera mannna hai ,but everyone has their own journey. Mere time me Term insurance vale ek experienced ( 5+) bnde ko Company ne car gift ki thi.He was exceptionally good. Lekin USS stage tk pochne me bhot time LG jata hai.
