Bhai agar aap 2/3 years company ko de dete ho as a sales consultant ,,tb aap investment/ insurance sector me SME to bnn hi jaoge . Benefits of working at PB :; 1) financially aap kafi achi position me hoge . And when you switch aapka package increase hoga 5) aapki personality automatically kafi develop ho jayegi kuki aapne aapke 2/3 years ke duration me Kai hazar logo se baat ki hogi. 6) aap apna youtube suru kar paoge,if you want to share your experience. 7) promotions/ paisa SBB byproducts lgenge . Ultimate thing is knowledge. Jb aapko PTA hoga ki Mai logo ki pocket se money nikalwa skta hu ,uss chij ka confidence alag hi hai . 8) TL ki salary minimum 34k- 45k ke beech me ho skti hai . Bahot tough hai bhai . Bina mock call clear kare aap manager/TL tak pahoch nahi skte . But if you have reference then mock call aapki clear ho hi jayegi . Lekin jyada chances hai ki agar mock call clear nahi Hui to rejoining ke chance kafi kmm ho jate hai . Agar percentage wise btau to lgbhag 10%
