Sir issue sab se bara ye hai k crore crore ki properties koi b new bande pe sell ya buy nai krwata because of trust. sab se mushkil kam contacts banana hai sir, or on average 10-20 lac ki hi property start me sell ya buy karwaskte hai wo b bari mushkil se... so 1% k hesab se 2 lac b mushkil se bnte hai in first year and 2% k hesab se 4 lac mushkil se. sir figures bht bare ap bata rhe hai jo new comers ko sochne pe hi only majbooor krte hai

why prices of Plots in Lahore are going randomly upwards, ? Who is controlling prices, ? a group of dealers who just wake up some morning and decide to increase 20 lacs price rise in 1 kanal plot, as if there are metro trains, new investment coming from abroad , health system upgrade etc are available in abundance. lol. just some examples as i know its usually the case. In Europe , prices does not rise this way, The price level in DHA 5,6,7 Prices, its better to buy abroad because of same price level and you get all the facilities which you don't in Pakistan, like better education, transport, health, quality of life, etc. .. This is frustrating to me ..... There must be control of prices in properties in Pakistan. ( Black Maafia)

Brother issue in Pakistan no one trust anyone As a customer if I want plot I will ask 10 agents and there will only be 1 plot available All 10 agents will go to owner and owner will think so much demand in market so he will increase price. This what I have seen in market. More things are there but this is 1 reason
