Brandon hit the nail on the head when he said our community lacks the knowledge on how to get started. It's never that we as a people are lazy. Nothing was put in our communities that would make that type of information accessible. I love, love, love seeing us winning. And sharing knowledge and information. Now is the time, y'all. Get it and run with it!

@lonewulfarchivedBut going to the Library DOES NOT help if you DON'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR!!!! You need to have those who have successfully accomplished something, SPEAK about how they got there, direct others to where to reach out. Like he said, there's a list of black mayors, now you can hit the phone with some direction. Then go to the library and scale your knowledge on what you desire to do.
@CaliSurf2411 ай бұрын
@lonewulfarchived I'm a Doctor I can read. That's an ignorant statement. For example. If you're from The HOOD in Chicago and the first time you went into the city and saw lake Michigan and asked if that's the Ocean. You don't go to the LIBRARY more than LIKELY. But it doesn't mean you don't want to be better, that you don't want to attend college. But Looking around at your Environment, who is there to tell you HOW to get where you want to be? I've been in the library and had a man ask me How to find a book, he had no idea what the Dewey Decimal System was. How to Find what book in what Isle. The point is people need to see success to even guide them to know EXACTLY what they want. People like myself are mentors and speak about how we got to where we are. Network, educate in real time. It does more than reading a BOOK. It's putting it into practice and knowing the right people to ask for help is the key to success.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

One strategy for protecting against a recession is to buy equities. Investors, especially during a recession, need to know where and how to put money in order to make money while avoiding inflation.

Making not less than $200k in different income flows that do not depend on the government is the wisest thought that is in millionaires minds today, I'm thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $97k in a single month for the first time, this success reinforces the importance of the advices mentioned earlier, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH.... stock, silver and gold)

I have a master in mathematical finance, so it wasn’t so easy to get me convinced to begin an investment without me carrying out proper research on her. I had her broker ID checked and she’s fully verified! So I began with a few bucks, only to get huge returns in a month. I reinvested and now I get long term monthly returns… So glad I don’t rely on pay checks anymore.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.

Ha! 11:35 I experienced the exact same thing from local and national black organizations in Chicago who were trying to block me from giving 30 million dollars in college scholarships to students in the black community. I ended up getting it done without them. Would you like to know the name of those organizations? Think of the most prestigious black organizations you can imagine. Yes, all of those. In the end, we got the funding out and received an unexpected Congressional Award from the U.S. Congress. The black community has gate-keepers and they do a dam good job of keeping those doors of opportunities closed.

The fix to the housing disparity is building smaller units, Period! These bogus houses are completely unnecessary and will never do it! I guess we will wait for ELON Musk to get to it when he is done with all other things! That will be a shame though. But solving the housing disparity is going to take a revolutionary, someone who thinks outside the box and knows how to get things done!
