@@TroyAdamm I'm actually a beginner myself... But what helped me going is: first answer yourself the question WHY you want to go running, lwhat is your motivation, what's your goal. Then: start slow, rather go for short runs but go regularly, believe in yourself, you can do this! See results, increase tempo over time, and find your 'routes'.when I'm not motivated, I try going at least for a 15min run (ends up being more most of the times). Hope that helps, enjoy!
