Is there a way to calculate the earth fault current by manual calculation?

Well, there is no as such calculation.. typically earth fault setting is provided 10% to 30% of rated current and obviously it depends on case to case basis..

why did you set the secondary pickup to 170 amps ?? i don't get it ?
