Eclipse is becoming more and more a fascinating character He plays like he wants redemption, to be better then his predecessor sort of like Moon does, but he’s trying so hard to stay the aloof jerk we all know while still being “friendlier” whereas Moon is loosing himself to the past in his attempt to be better It’s an interesting thing to see!!! I also love how Earth just seems to be the adorable bind that helps push everyone forward towards bettering themselves in healthier ways

Eclipse being allergic to directly showing care but trying to do so anyway for approx 18 minutes. Ok but Eclipse being platonically tsundere for Earth is always so great XD I really like the friendship growing here. But I do think it has partially come about because Eclipse, as always, needs some kind of goal or purpose to cling to and helping Earth with Solar and other stuff at least poses an interesting challenge to take on. And. Ya know. Earth genuinely likes him without either looking down on him or needing to be manipulated into it. I kind of think the reason Earth likes Eclipse is a combination of him subconsciously reminding her of Solar, and lingering guilt that she couldn’t help the original Eclipse (even though she knows intellectually that it wasn’t her fault). And her suspicion that the original Eclipse did want to change at the end but it was too late.

I hope that when they do his redemption arch they end up using that storyline about him secretly loving lunar they teased during the possession era that never ended up going anywhere If I remember correctly in 1 episode after eclipse was done being eclipse to lunar he said something about "so why do I still love him" implying he'd be revealed to still hold sole brotherly love for lunar but they never ended up following up on that idea

1:46 this whole interaction of Monty (Davis) Getting his model stuck and Earth (Kat) trying to stay serious and not laugh as Monty (Davis) tries to get unstuck is golden and hilarious XD oof this whole episode felt like a bullet to the heart, Earth is now feeling doubtful of herself and I feel like she doesn't know who she can talk too; Eclipse on the other hand has so much going on and I don't want him to sacrifice himself for Solar, cause he wont come back because of a dimensional signature thing, but would it not work because solar also has an eclipse signature? Or would it be different (Likely), But I don't want eclipse to die, even if it was a redemption arc thing, he'd be gone and I would be very sorrowful as Eclipse is one of my favorites and is honestly just a really unique character. Maybe he'll come to an understanding that Earth is trustful and someone he can talk to and vent to.

But like other universes Moon did fall to the Killcode so KC would have still happened most likely but it would have been at a further point in time.

Indeed, much like The Eclipse Solar knew things and could figure out things the others couldn’t or would have never considered, the difference is he brought it as a helpful tool rather than a threat, though Eclipse seems to be doing really well at giving Earth hints even though he doesn’t want her or him to get attached into a friendship😌

First off, Earth and Monty hanging out was so cute, it was even more sweeter when Earth was complimenting Monty and calling them beautiful. Earth is so hecking sweet, I love her. Then there was the Eclipse encounter, he doesn't seem to be doing well.. more than likely because of Dark Sun. Didn't realize he was still going through the pains still, but at least he explained a bit to why we haven't been seeing him, he's been "keeping to the Shadows" basically. Him talking though about Moon and how he knows something is up and plans to record him really says a lot of how he cares in a way about Earth and the bond she has with her family. Real Eclipse or not, he's changed since the start of his whole announcement. He may not admit it, but he definitely cares in a way about Earth, I think he really sees just how much of a good person she is considering the last time they talked with each other. It's good to hear Earth also say how she still hates Ruin but now doesn't want him to die, or anyone for that matter for Solar's return. Hopefully when Eclipse exposes the truth with Moon that not everything will completely fall apart or backfire horribly.. that's one thing I'm worried about. Earth also being concerned if Sun and Lunar about lying to her broke my heart, especially when she said, "I should just get back to the Daycare, that's what I'm good at anyway." Girl is having doubts and worries and it breaks my heart, Lunar and Sun are better about sharing their feelings now! It's just Moon that is the only one having complications with himself and lying about what he's really up to.

I was wondering where Eclipse has been! The question is, Will he accept the help (and if he does, how much sarcasm will it be accompanied by 😂)? I’m glad that Eclipse is not so subtly trying to clue Earth in that Moon is about to do something catastrophically bad, but I really wish he’d just come out with it directly rather than dropping hints, because the longer they wait to confront him, the worse it’s going to be if they don’t manage to stop him from sacrificing Ruin.

I think they should keep Ruin alive, and give him a therapy session. They hate him for what he did, and I understand that, but I feel like they might lighten their opinions slightly if they understand Ruin’s side of things. Yes, he did something drastic and horrible, but he did it because he wanted to make sure that no one else from any dimension would have to suffer at the hands of a Creator, the way he did. Besides, he’s already faced consequences for his actions, continuing to do so or k*lling him would make them a hypocrite, because at this point it’s not going to be far off torture.

I agree with you. He did this whole thing because of the pain he endured in his world. It doesn’t excuse his actions of course, this was a horrible thing to do even if it was for a good reason. But here’s the keyword. Good reason. If they could just let him explain his side, they won’t necessarily forgive him but understand his reasoning and start treating him fairly. What Moon is doing is very hypocritical in multiple facets. Ruin sacrificing people in order to save the rest is bad, but Moon sacrificing Ruin to save Solar is “good.” It doesn’t matter what scale it is or who’s involved because no matter what, the action is selfish and immoral.

And Moon’s reaction to Sun pointing that out? ‘We don’t have to tell him.’ That is so much worse, and if that did end up happening, does Moon really think that Solar wouldn’t have questions or that he wouldn’t somehow find out? Moon’s delusional that he’s making the right decision because he’s desperate to get Solar back, no matter what the cost is, or what other people think, because he believes the ends justify the means. _A bit like Ruin, don’t you think?_

Well... that was a very interesting episode, cannot wait for the next one. Eclipse and Earth are naturally getting closer, Eclipse is starting to become his 'own' person and making decisions for himself and not based on the old Eclipse. Hes been watching Moon and know he needs help and is doing something about it instead of using it to his advantage? Im really starting to like this Eclipse alittle bit more. Maybe he can help Moon bring back Solar without losing anyone? And if we can get Solar back, Moon will feel at whole again? I hope... Come home Solar xxx 💙🧡😔

Imagine if Lunar's arm or hand starts randomly sparking because he hadn't used his powers in a hot minute and he's trying to shake the electricity away and gave Eclipse an accidental shock, said shock actually ended up fixing something because Eclipse at the time kept randomly losing power from the elbow down in one of his arms (an issue with a power governor or something)

Alright, so Eclipse, the one person who used to be part of Moon, is stepping in to take whatever undoubtedly insult he’d get from getting him to expression all his frustration, anger and sadness that he carries on his shoulders. I'm not sure if this has been said before, but I really love that they keep all of the sounds the mics pick up. Most creator's erase those sounds but it makes these scenes more realistic. It especially works with Eclipse, who pauses a lot to choose his words cautiously
