Bibimbap Recipe:
100g of meat (of your choice)
Cooked rice
Some cooking oil
2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic
350g bean sprouts
100g mushrooms
120g carrots (1 small)
100g zucchini
Add some cooking oil into a pan and cook the meat.
Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cook the vegetables.
Put the rice in the Earthenware pot and add the meat, the vegetables and bibimbap sauce in top.
Cook for 10 minutes.
비빔밥 레시피:
고기 100g(원하는 것)
밥
식용유
고추장 2큰술
참기름 1큰술
물 1테이블스푼
참깨 1큰술
마늘 1티스푼
콩나물 350g
버섯 100g
당근 120g(소 1개)
호박 100g
팬에 식용유를 약간 두르고 고기를 익혀줍니다.
그릇에 비빔밥 소스 재료를 넣고 섞는다.
야채를 요리하세요.
뚝배기에 밥을 담고 그 위에 고기와 야채, 비빔밥 소스를 얹어주세요.
10분 동안 요리하세요.
