In this episode of the CNM Specialist Podcast we welcome Mr Clint Ober, the founding Father of what is referred to as the 'earthing' or 'grounding' movement. And if you haven't heard of earthing and it's power to affect health in a positive way, then brace yourself! What you learn from this podcast could be life changing for you or someone close to you, especially if suffering from a chronic inflammatory disease.
Clint Ober is a humble man with an interesting life story. He comes from very modest beginnings and ends up building a hugely successful company, and then at midlife suffers an illness that is almost deadly to him in 1995. Against the odds, he survives, and decides in that moment to go on a mission to find a higher purpose. He goes on to find what many regard as the most important health discovery EVER.

THIS WORKS!!!! I had severe inflammation from arthritis in my body...I could barely move at times. I learned of earthing from the earthing movie over 1 year ago...I have been sleeping on the "grounding mat" from this gentlemens website for over a year. It's amazing....I have my life back. I bought Clint's earthing kit for my 75 yr old mom. She had rheumatoid arthritis in her shoulders, elbows & hands. After using the grounding mats from Clint Ober's site for about a month, now she's strong enough to open her own jars, work out & has no pain. I can't explain how it works but I know it works!!! I recently posted a video of her doing push-up's with Chef Babette. Thank God for Clint's ingenious invention for indoor grounding. Peace, love & blessings ✌🏾❤️🙏🏾

I also helped my mum to recover her health, and one of the components has been earthing. She is 83, and she had stage 4 CCD now almost back to normal. My mum grew up in the mountains of Peru, where she used to walk barefoot and slept on the ground only using sheep skin, etc, now living in the coast of Peru connexion with earth is not that easy but when ever possible she cuddles the trees when she can't take her shoes off. It is amazing 🎉😊

@vickyjackson3131 What is CCD??? It's great that ur mum can do grounding outdoors; I think that's the most ideal. Unfortunately, here in NYC where we live in apartment buildings, it's hard to find a safe space of grass or soil to walk on because they treat the parks with so many chemicals, pesticides & rat killers that I'm concerned it would do more harm than good. That's why I opted for the indoor grounding mats.

We watched the Earthing documentary about a month ago. We began earthing outside for about hour a day. My 82 yr old hubby can have a bp of 145/70, but after an hour of earthing, it will go down to 110/70 consistently! I'm 18 years younger and feel great! I was experiencing swollen, painful joints and now that's gone. I also feel very calm. It's amazing. I'm already convinced enough to order Clint's products.

I received my grounding kit from Clint a couple of weeks ago and highly recommend getting it from him. Unfortunately, there are a lot of substitutes available for sale, but aren't necessarily guaranteed to work. Even in this short amount of time, I'm seeing positive changes in the way I feel emotionally as well as different improvements in my body. Most days (depending on the weather), I'm also able to walk barefoot in my yard for a little bit. Grounding has become one of the most important things I do!

My mom was a country woman. When we moved an her elder age to a house with great landscaping she walked barefooted again...but when we left the house that didn't she was diagnosed with cancer and died. She LOVED SUNGAZING& GROUNDING BAREFOOT ❤ wow that kept the cancer away. Because of this journey caring for her, I learned of spirituality from a wellness point(since I already knew nutrition) it's how I learned- grounding, sungazing, syncrenicity/astrology, homeopathy- to not fall for the rat race& focus on ourselves, that's what life is to love ourselves to be able to love others. Love-to take time for selves to know of selves & connect to mother earth.

On a positive note, my Mama cat depends on me since I brought healing to her when she was seriously hit by a car. Cat nip on her food every time I fed her, brushing her morning and night and then earthing when it got warm enough and she wanted to go out. (She is not drawn to my earthing mat.) All her broken bones healed, and she is now bonded to me like never before. Well, she had 3 kittens, and one took sick and she brought her to me. I took it back just to be sure it was sick and she took it out again. So, I took her and the kitten outside and found a damp patch of baby clover growing and put the kitten there and laid with it. Thirty minutes later, the kitten crawled up on my resting arm. It was well and I took it back to the other two. Yes, the earth heals. I don't know why it is not blessing me this year.

I documented this with a grounding tester: DRY EARTH DOES NOT conduct bioelectricity. I sprinkled some water, mixed it in, and the tester lit up! I just love walking barefoot on grass with morning dew on it or after rain. And I find instinctively that when I walk barefoot on a beach, I home in on the moist sand at the water's edge and not the rest of the sand that's dry as a bone. I have learned to listen to my instinct! The skin of the soles of our feet are much thicker than say the skin on our hands so walking on moist earth is very important.

I am grounding and feel great and also I am doing electro culture in my garden! There seems to be many similarities with Earthing and Electro culture, a fascinating subject! Furthermore, many health benefits can be derived with using primary charged water, which is basically water from natural processes, rather than piped! Search out Viktor Shauberger, he was an Austrian forester! Also Yannick Van Doorne for Electro culture! I wonder about houseplants being grounded, could they grow better? In the house they will be subjected to the same conditions as ourselves, so this might be worth investigation! Maybe also large grounding mats for the entire home that you can lay on to watch TV? Grounded chairs and sofa's? How about using linen wear instead of all the nylon and other synthetic materials! As a Cowboy, maybe Clint would have an opinion on wearing corduroy jeans and other cotton, flax and hemp based products for health? You don't see linen sheets in hospitals anymore and my mother being and SRN always swore by linen for best health! It increasingly looks like healthy people are not good for the profits of Big Pharma!

Trying to investigate how you can ground the water in a fiberglass whirlpool pool or swimming pool (sitting on concrete). Anyone have any thoughts? I know that the area around the building and glass have to be grounded for safety reasons - there is a specific ground wire attached to the window sill attached to a grounding location. What about the Water itself? Could you use a metal post in the ground and put an attached wire in the water? What would happen if you sat in the water with a grounding patch? Trying to figure out how to do an experiment without harming myself.

It appears Mother Earth has healing properties for us. We can purchase grounding pads for the bed, for chairs. And many people are being relieved of a lot of pain from arthritis, neuropathy, chronic pain and more. One gentleman in a wheelchair for 30 yrs in time with the help of braces and holding on to a walker stood up! Quite remarkable!! Please watch it I pray you get some relief🙏🏼❣️

I made a comment about the need for MOIST EARTH just below. And here's something crucial: the body is just teeming with BIOELECTRICITY which is now an obsession with many biologists. Our ancients in India, dating back over a thousand years, knew about this bioelectricity. And grounding/Earthing is what connects the body's bioelectricity with what they called Bhoomi Dévi, or Mother Goddess Earth. They called our body's bioelectricity PRANA (pronounced Praana). They taught that it is transmitted from the entire spine via 72,000 channels they called Nadis (pronounced Naadis, singular being Nadi). They also taught that there are major electrical currents in the body: FIVE of them. Starting from the head down, which now correlates to the voltage in EEGs and ECGs, then one in the mid abdomen around the solar plexus, and the bottom one in the sacral plexus to aid the movements of the bladder and bowel. The fifth current called Vyana, (Vyaana) flows in our extremities. It is my belief that lack of proper flow of the Vyana leads to degenerative arthritic disease of our joints. Microscopic examination doesn't usually show severe inflammation in such joints; the cartilage just shrivels up and disappears. So we can't always blame inflammation. Namasthé! 🙏

The bark of trees don't have enough water to conduct electricity (compared to juicy grass, leaves or stems). It's really the minerals in the water that are conductive, while the water is sort of a 'bridge' for that conductivity. A little moisture makes a big difference.

@judywhite7782 8 ай бұрын
Some trees have Thicker bark and this Could lessen the conduction to us. Just Sit in a chair, put your Barefeet on Damp Grass, Dampdirt, or Damp sand.. the Moisture will help make the connection to your body. Drink water while doing this and pour some where you put your feet if necessary. I do a good hour daily, and Now 3 wks later I've put my Cane away. I'm still sore/stiff but truly getting better each day.. gl.

Actually doing this as we speak! Went bankrupt in San Diego and couldn’t suffer my abusive neighbors (they were spying and harassing on me) and all the pain- any. more. So I moved into my 07 Toyota Highlander, turning it into a camper-car, and just straight up EARTHING it up around the Southwest this winter. So yeah, I am homeless, yet I am at least not trapped in an abusive apartment/lease that I can’t afford (since getting sick). Still broke.. but I’m going to film and write and make art (my passions that I am proud to finally be pursuing). Life can be challenging sometimes and I just want to create entertainment+ to bring joyful moments into the lives of the struggling (and help where I can!). Thank you for this amazing work gentlemen, may you find blessings and peace 😊. Although things are hard, I am closer to beating this depression than ever because of earthing 🥹

I would say grounding is still right there with air and water but would offer food that is essential for brain health. The 2 macro nutrients of amino acids and fats. For your protein you must consume animal meats and products, as whole as you can get, red meat like beef lamb, bison, sheep better than pork an chicken because the multigastric animals make the most wholesome saturated, monosaturated and only 3-5% polyunsaturated fat, that comes along with the meat. This is all you need for optimal health. Eat this way for a month, brain fog will be extremely dimished if not gone.Keep grounding

We are able to turn the outlets off here in Ireland and once we did that he’s feeling much better and can sleep at night and wake up refreshed. Why do I have so many clients that have been hurt by this unscientific fad? The utility uses the earth as a return pathway. That ground wire Clint is so in love with connects to the same point as the left spade of the receptacle. The ground wire is just there in case the neutral has a fault or there is an overload. If these guys owned or knew how to use an oscilloscope they would see the real exposure. The best part is when they use a multimeter to show zero when attaching themselves to the same potential as if there is no voltage or frequencies....it would do the same if there were 120 volts on the wire. 😵
