actually, me as a vegan, I never want to "get somebody". I think that most of the humans are kind and would go vegan if they just inform theirselfs and get out of their cognitive dissonance. Its not about judging someone for eating animal products, because most of us were doinge the same. Its more about helpin them to break out of toxic tradition and culture...

many different styles for different folks. All messages are valid. We are speaking up for the voiceless and are met with ridiculous callous defense of the industries. If it was as simple as showing what gooes on and everyone went vegggan then that's what would happen. But people do not care. that's why the shaming style of activism can often work and spurr change. You demonstrated something golden for me in this video. So it's not that people don't know the answers, it's that they haven't thought about what they value. Simply asking questions forces people to make those distinctions, it forces them to think. Not just think, but also to draw boundaries in their life. You are raising the state of each human being by simply carrying these questions around the world. Sure, you will discover a belief that you need to explore further and persuade on, but all in all I like to believe convincing people is more about listening and asking the right questions, rather than barraging people with arguments form start to finish.
