actually, me as a vegan, I never want to "get somebody". I think that most of the humans are kind and would go vegan if they just inform theirselfs and get out of their cognitive dissonance. Its not about judging someone for eating animal products, because most of us were doinge the same. Its more about helpin them to break out of toxic tradition and culture...

@KPOPFANBOYUK Vegans want to cause less harm as possible. They don't want any living being to be hurt if not necessary. I get, that you say, it's not nice to claim that these animals in farms shouldn't life. But try to see it this way too: When they are born, they only life to die on the plate. They grow up in places like farms, where they never never never can experience and life like they naturally would as long as humans are involved. They will die within 1 to 5 years, even if cows, pigs and whatever can life up to 25 years. They will die without a chance to flee or to fight back. And that is not natural at all.

That might be so but he's a good pick to do this. He's got his facts together and people seem very receptive to talk with him. And that's the whole magic of it really. He converses with people and they want to talk with him. He can get people thinking of his message without sounding too accusatory. It's not easy to do that. Not everyone is going to take things well, and it's got to be hard to be sort of on the front lines like that.

The fact that you are respectful and non- judgmental to people even if they are not vegan is exactly why i love you and the kind of activism that you do. You helped me go vegan and i'm never going back to eating animal products!
@Petra44YT
@Petra44YT 6 жыл бұрын
Exactly! And going vegan is not so easy for everyone. Phasing out animal products is just as valuable - if many people do it at the same time, it will hurt the animal industry and stop at least some suffering.
@TheVeganFinalBoss

many different styles for different folks. All messages are valid. We are speaking up for the voiceless and are met with ridiculous callous defense of the industries. If it was as simple as showing what gooes on and everyone went vegggan then that's what would happen. But people do not care. that's why the shaming style of activism can often work and spurr change. Like it did with me.
@TheVeganFinalBoss
@TheVeganFinalBoss Жыл бұрын
@@Petra44YT if only a little bit of rape is happening then its ok? doesn't really work does it ... leave them alone full stop. stopping abusing animals (being a vegan) shouldn't be hard.. But people are naturally selfish and want to eat dead animals so they continue to do so. all you have to do is not contribute towards animal suffering and go for the veggie burgers instead of the animal burgers.. woah so hard !!!

You do your interview discussions really well. Many people make the mistake of dropping small insults here and there, but you speak in a way that makes them feel like they're coming up with the clever answers and you praise them for it, well done. I'm positive that you have converted many meat eaters, very inspiring.

It's nice to see people can actually think before they answer rather than saying bs about their canine teeth and food chain for a change. It got my eyes wet from joy. The world is changing!

You’re asking the right questions Ed! Wow! Bravo! Those people are clearly getting their minds blown. Also, I have to say that as an American, I am so happy to see that these other Americans are so aware, ready and able to understand. I didn’t expect that. Change is happening!

I love that Ed is not judgemental at all and just wants you to make the connection on your own. This is truly how the movement will continue to grow. People are beginning to wake up.

You demonstrated something golden for me in this video. So it's not that people don't know the answers, it's that they haven't thought about what they value. Simply asking questions forces people to make those distinctions, it forces them to think. Not just think, but also to draw boundaries in their life. You are raising the state of each human being by simply carrying these questions around the world. Sure, you will discover a belief that you need to explore further and persuade on, but all in all I like to believe convincing people is more about listening and asking the right questions, rather than barraging people with arguments form start to finish.
