EAS FAIL - SEE DESC. 3 Blizzard Warnings + 3 Winter Storm Warnings (EAS #1,504-1,510)

Apparently these alerts, whether Winter Storm or Blizzard, were toned as each of the two. Interesting. This gave me a 6x header.

That's because "SEVERE WEATHER BULLITEN" is not in tell WR-120s programming.
