Nice scenario! Just some tips from an EAS Enthusiast/EAS Scenario maker: (3:24) When TOAs are issued, it doesn't specify which NWS Office issued it (5:54) When SVRs are issued, they aren't specified. So in this case, it would say "The National Weather Service in Norman, has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for..." (15:13) That's the EAR-10 alert tone, not the wr400 warning alert tone (22:28) Same thing here, when TORs are issued, they aren't specified. So in this case, it would say "The National Weather Service in Norman, has issued a Tornado Warning for..." (24:22) The alert box would just display the entire county name, and not the specific part. (32:39) This would be a tornado warning and not a severe weather statement because this would be considered a new alert. Severe weather statements are usually updates after the main alert was issued.

Hey, also, the SVR at 15:13 would be a Severe Weather Statement, and would not say what it did in the alert. Also, the alert may actually be a Severe Thunderstorm Emergency (Sent out as Severe Weather Statement) or maybe even a Civil Danger Warning.

100 miles across is actually very small, it wouldn't be world threating. Also, there is no way that the wind speeds could blow the atmosphere away, because the wind is traveling from one place to another or being fringed around the tornado, keeping it in the area

Should note that the Tulsa warning, there is a office in that city. Maybe you forgot to say "in Tulsa", not "in Norman". Plus, Tulsa is not in Norman's coverage area, because Norman is for central parts, and Tulsa is for northwestern (I think).
