You should do SCP 5726, The Great Mushroom War (Adventure Time nuke that summons The Lich) or a scenario based on the FEV from Fallout. FEV outbreak: Government scientists accidentally release a strain of FEV, causing humans to become creatures known as Super Mutants. SCP 5726's scenario: A supposed terrorist attack happened at a convention, little did the public know that a magical girl was behind the attack. Mushroom War: This would be the USA's last broadcast before dropping the mushroom bomb. It would warn of The Lich, the side-effects of coming into contact with the waste & how to stay protected.

If you manage to read this, I have an idea regarding scenarios involving human violence (like an epidemic of rage, aka zombies or other hungry for humans creatures), especially if you wish to estabilish a scenario in Poland: See, in Poland there's a big fear of actually defending oneself from the attacker, because the justice system is so messed up, that there are many instances of assailants receiving no sentence at all while the defender being screwed over by courts. Now during the scenario the message could say, that the assailant's status of infected does not allow for unlawful self defense, however in case of life endangerement of non-infected "it's better to be judged by three than carried [in a casket] by four".
