EAS Scenario - Minneapolis Evacuation

Please read before watching. Also, don't wear headphones while watching this, or if you are... don't leave the volume too high.
SYNOPSIS: Nuclear war. It's everyone's fear, and it's everyone's worst nightmare. Even now, nuclear weapons remain stockpiled despite the end of the Cold War. While the world is definitely scary now, what if the world took on a different path? What if the 2015 economic crisis in Russia, brought on by low oil prices and sanctions lead to a coup, with the coup forces being overtly hostile to the United States and Europe?
This video is similar to the Impact Trailer video I released earlier, except that it is in a partial radio format, similar to what you could find on older TVs in the 80s and 90s that could display both radio and television. Think of public access.
This EAS in particular also takes place a full twenty days before the nuclear attack on Los Angeles in the Impact timeline. Think of it as a prologue to the trailer. The novel, Impact, itself is scheduled to come out in July 2017, although the EAS scenario can be enjoyed as being separate from the novel.

Estonia, in any hypothetical Third World War, is a likely first target in the event the Russians are the aggressors, given that it has a large Russian population. It's also under NATO protection. Naturally, Estonia is a point of contention for any Russo-NATO war.

The entire thing takes place in an alternate history with the divergence point being December 2015, at the height of the Russian financial crisis brought on by American sanctions and low oil prices. In this timeline, the 2016 Election goes to neither Clinton or Trump. Instead, it goes to Marin.

It's not so much that I'm conservative or liberal, it's more than I'm being realistic (just to be clear, I'm liberal). Given the natural advantage that conservatives have with the electoral college, a third party getting a presidential position would more or less likely have to be conservative-leaning and independent in order to carry both the Republican party and gain some Democratic followers.
