I’ve got to share a variation leftover keilbasa abt 12oz, leftover pork loin chop and then hot dog so that I had 1 pound of meat. 2 eggs 1/4 tsp baking powder 4 ounces cheese, mozzarella is best, Parmesan is fine but sometimes I have to combine a few to get 4 oz Bake at 350 for 40. I use this recipe for hamburger, chicken, Turkey , leftovers or whatever. I also add herbs like Turkey herbs with Turkey or herbs de Provence with beef After it’s browned I load it up with cheese, salami or whatever I want for the pizza toppings.

I've made the same prob too many times to count now. Love it. Only difference is I use a large (12 oz, I think) can of well drained white meat chicken. I add a bit of crushed up pork rinds (absorbs any traces of leftover water) 1 egg, some cheese & then spread it out onto non-stick foil (or parchment paper, buttered) on a cookie sheet & bake at 400 for about 20 min, then top & throw in again until melted & as browned as I want. Comes out thinner, crispier & like a chicken nugget crust. Plus (imho) unlike using ground chicken, there's never a worry about it not being cooked enough. :) ENJOY

I just made two of these - its pretty good. Liked it, but didn’t love it. It was really wet, so it was hard to get that hard crust....so I ended up cooking twice as long as the instructions just to get it a bit more solid. Having said that, it is quite easy to make, tastes pretty good and it is super filling and I felt pretty great afterwards. Will make again because of the simplicity of making and great for lunches.

Ok... we can't digest dairy (casein protein specificaaly) What can i use instead of the cheese? Even something like flax or more eggs. It does not need to be carnivore but whole real food plz
@AlmondScented2 ай бұрын
How long have you had a problem with casein? And you still do not know how to replace cheese? Try nutritional yeast. Or make your own mayo using duckfat, and mix the nutritional yeast into it for a "cheese sauce".

You can probably skip the cheese. The cheese just helps it brown up
