Very simple, but elegantly done recipe Uso. Could smell the aromas all the way across the world my friend....so yummy!😋 😍 These are sometimes the best recipes of all...the old time ones, that are not too fancy, but soooooo yummy! Shout-out to the camera lady for always doing a great job!🤗🤗 Enjoyed the editing and of course the slow-mo PG13 meat cutting!😀 Manuia le vaiaso beautiful AIga! Looking forward to your next video always! God Bless!🙏🏾💕

Thank you cap- appreciate it heaps, was a little unsure bout uploading this vid cause the recipe so easy- but it’s too delicious to not show, with all the techniques out there right now sometimes these old classic recipes get left behind and forgotten- tai lava uso, also appreciate the shout out from the sport section of the store over there lol

My uso i like your way of cooking with skin on potatoes carrots and onions don't have to peel it off gives more flavour to the roast. The leg of lamb looks juicy tender and looks delicious😋👍🏽thank you for another awesome video and recipe uso God bless much alofa to you and aiga🙏🏽💚

Meaaaaaan!! Quick question uce, does the weight of the meat determine the length of the roast? Like 3KG = 3HR?
@EazyEatzwithElnez2 жыл бұрын
Thanks uce- yeah pretty much, but a leg is oddly shaped, so pays to check an hour to hour and a half before perceived cook time, I was lucky the shank part didn’t really dry out- but yeah 1hr/kilo generally hope this helps uce👍🏽
