It's all about the right brushes. A stiffer brush will do the trick. Sometimes I use rigger brush for some individual strands. Thank you so much for your kind words and support 😊

I usually use a fan brush and sometimes pony hair brush for hair painting. A torn out brush is also helpful. You can experiment with different brushes. Thank you for your suggestion. I'll try to make a separate video on it.

Trying to get an idea of what tones I want to be using to for shadows and highlights but it's hard to see what colors your using ansf why. I at least learnt that highlights will be much brighter than I expected

I mostly use Ultramarine Blue and Burnt Umber for darker shadows for dark hairs but here I am using Burnt sienna more. For highlights you can choose Ochre+ white+ sienna in some parts and Cobalt Blue+ Ochre and White for other areas.
