Don’t do Devil’s Roar if you’re that high. The voyages don’t go up in rank, so level 75 gets the same voyages as a noob. You should do some Fort of the Damned. Do as many world events and fotds as possible, make sure to raise emissary. Find a good crew to do this with as well. If you did fotd twice a day with a different emissary each day, alternating between merchant, GH, and OoS, you’d get PL in a week.
