Easiest Way To Find Wholesale Dropshipping Suppliers For Amazon | Reverse Sourcing

In this video, we are going to go over a simple yet effective way to find wholesale suppliers for your business whether it's for dropshipping or wholesale. This method is called "Wholesale Reverse Sourcing" and it is a common way to find suppliers for buying in bulk however it works well for dropshipping on Amazon. The goal is to find other sellers on Amazon and spy on what products they are selling. Once you find a product, you then reverse source it and search up the brand or manufacturer on Google. This will usually bring up their website but you can always add in keywords like "wholesale" to narrow the search. After you find their website, you want to look for a way to apply for a wholesale account.

Great explanation and reasoning man. I usually don't care to much of how big a competitor I'm reverse sourcing is (as long as they're not "astronomically" big), but now I understand why it'll help to stick to less establish competitors.

I made the mistake of trying to find the supplier for someone’s items and spent like 5 hours researching only to figure out they owned the manufacturer and the retail side all at the same time. The sweet spot is to have enough feedback that the seller knows what they’re doing but not too much.

great advice. Doing it this way is the best. Much better than the other methods being advertised elsewhere. When implementing this how can we stand out from our competitors? do we really need money to cover product cost since we are dropshipping?

do you have a way to scan a wholesale list in csv or excel and compare to current ebay prices?

I do but it is a bit manual. I am currently talking to a software company to see if they can add it. Right now you I can a list on scan unlimited and open the item page on Amazon. I can then use keepa to find that item or all listings on ebay. A bit manual but I am looking for a better way.

Hi, great Information! Do you have any videos on fulfilling orders?. If you sold 100 units in one day of drop shipping in one day how does your customers receive the products? Do you have to put their Information in one by one? Is their a more efficient way to fulfilling orders? that’s what I’m not understanding. thxs for any help!

Depends on how the supplier is able to receive and process the info. If they have an FTP server than you can automate the ordering process and just send it to their FTP server. Some of them allow email PO's so you can use a software to automate the process. I have 2 suppliers where the order needs to be entered one by one but I have a VA do this.

You can list on those exact listings or you can create your own. You could match their price or go lower to secure the buy box. You can also sell these items on eBay or another market.

Depends on what platform you sell on. You need enough money to cover product cost.

If you are in Canada I'm not sure if you can register as a sole prop in the US. an LLC might be better.

You can use a bulk uploading software or use the bulk upload tool in seller central. When they say yes, you create a wholesale account and start working with them.
