UPDATE, So it seems lots of people are still having issues doing the jailbreak so it might be an issue with the device you are using so one thing you can try is the luckfox pico as my ps4 seems to jailbreak a lot faster and more consistently with no fails so far. I just dropped a video on it kzbin.info/www/bejne/fn7PiIttnLaVfZY and the device is like $12 so they are cheap. If someone who is having issues can try this and let me know how you get on that would be great for others struggling.

@ARG I found the issue I was dumb lol I didn't catch that the ethernet cable had to be plugged in from pc to console I still had the pc connected to my router, I do have another question I was playing dead rising says mine is version 1.1 but the cheats for the game are for ver 1.0 but I can't find that version of the game, anyway to update the cheat to 1.1 for that game?

@@ghostface9171 if you used ps4 cheat manager you can update it via GitHub but if it’s not on that you can manually update it via usb so try and find the cheat file for the version 1.1 online. I don’t know any sites off the top of my head but I will have a look and see what I can find.

I followed all the instructions perfectly but towards the end it says STAGE4: Arbitrary payload execution. Sending stage2 payload. Done. I also get the Cannot connect to network (NW-31274-7) message but I don't see the PPPwned or the GoldHen v2.4b17 package install messages. But on the Loader I see the done message. Am I doing anything wrong here? I suspect the payload is not getting copied over to the PS4 during the process. How do I fix it?

I had this problem and the issue was I had forgotten to insert the usb with the goldhen.bin file into the PS4 so I am guessing your problem may have something to do with the usb stick

yeah anti virus is dumb and it sees the tool as a virus as it can see the exe wants network access but it needs it to jailbreak the PS4. Thousands of people have downloaded it and as you know it's not a virus.

Jailbreaks for ps4 are always a temporary jailbreak and turning it off and on again will revert back to stock so if this is a pain make sure you set rest mode support in goldhen settings and use rest mode so jailbreak sticks.

No the exploit needs to be done via network vulnerability and for the first time you run it you need a usb stick after the first time you no longer need the usb stick. If you turn off or restart the ps4 then yes you need a pc, rasp pi, Andriod phone, or LG tv to jailbreak it and I bet more will be added o er the next few weeks. What I do is use rest mode so when I turn it on it keeps the jailbreak and my ps4 has been jailbroken for a week without needing to do it again.

all ps4 jailbreaks are temporary and must be run every time you turn the console off and on again so you could just use rest mode to get around this. you can run games if you are offline as long as the game supports offline play one game I know will not work is Gran Turismo 7 as it needs a constant connection to PSN.

Hi im on FW 11.00. and mu ps4 keeps crashing during phase 1. It pins then after "sending IPCP configure ACK...." It crashes and upon reboting the PPPwn does sat [+] STAGE 2: KASLR defeat [+] Defeating KASLR... i havent seen anything specifically about what to do during crashes but it is consistently crashing at the same place doing the same thing without PPPwn failing.. thanks for any help!

sounds like its not reading the usb drive, try another usb stick to see if that sorts it or format it to fat32.

To solve the issue, follow these steps: - Open File Explorer and navigate to the root of your primary disk (usually C:). - Go to the "Users" folder and find the folder with your username (the name you use to log into your computer). - Inside your user folder, locate and open the "Windows" folder. - Inside the "Windows" folder, find and open the "SysWOW64" folder. - Look for a folder named "Npcap" within "SysWOW64". - Open the "Npcap" folder, select all the contents inside it, and copy them. - Return to the "SysWOW64" folder and paste the copied contents directly into this folder. This process resolved my issue, so it should work for you as well.

Yes it’s a tethered jailbreak meaning every time you turn it off and on again you need to run the jailbreak so use rest mode and you will not need to do this.

anti-virus and or windows defender will delete it as it thinks it's unsafe so you need to create an exception for it.

Yes you do as it’s just like the 9.00 jailbreak unfortunately. Best thing to do is enable rest mode In Goldhen so you can just put the ps4 in rest mode when you are done using it.

Idk what I did but I messed up and ended up deleting the whole file. I opened it again and ow it will not let me out the password in to extract. The first time it let me put in the password. Idk what else to do. Please help. Edit: if this happened to anyone else, try using Winrar to extract the files and enter the password. This is what fixed it for me. File explorer refused to let me enter the password again no matter what I did.
