I just did the mission to get rid of the nuke then stole one of the armored helicopters and took out the whole base with that one helicopter. Plus I took out three more smaller bases with it😂

I hacked a sam and hid in the hangar until the choppers were gone, then hijacked a bavarium tank and cleared the rest of the base.

If you are in a base and destroyed some stuff, you see where the last objects be.. the more you destroy, the better you see them

If you don’t do the black Bavarian mission..the nukes are still alive and grappling the nuke will be temporary..you can liberate the base all you want to..but the nuke will come loose from the grappling hook and you will be right back where you started from.

But it's not even a hard base anyway, once you disable the nuke it's actually fun and easy.

Died idk how many times clearing this base. I hated those damn helicopters, managed to hack a sam and let them kill the choppers. Then hijacked a bavarium tank and cleared the rest.

If you have the sky fortress dlc then you can kinda evade the the barvarium nuke. It has helped me but not that much. It still is a very good way to dodge the barvarium nuke.

literally the easiest way to complete it is by using a jet to parachute on to the tower with the Bavarium launcher and then using the grapple hook to keep pointed in an opposite direction
