In Amsterdam you have to live in the apartment to do short term, so not possible if you want to do short term more then one. Only running the business would be the own possibolity but most ppl do it themselves..it seems much more flexible in america!

Maybe I’m missing something but with 34 properties and renting them at 3k a month like he says on average it gets to 100k gross revenue. How do you get to the 250k a month? Or is that just click bait?
@TheBrettWay8 ай бұрын
he owns 35 rental properties outside of airbnb he mentions at the end so the number he gave was his total income not just from airbnb arbitrage. sorry for the confusion i will adjust the thumbnail.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and clarifying it. It goes without saying I love this content, it’s extremely interesting. Thanks a lot!

You very accurately said "100k gross revenue" or sales...he did not make $100k. He nets $30-50k/month. The accounting details out of the way.... a fascinating topic, a great guest, and an outstanding interview.
@Daniel-uo7ee8 ай бұрын
Yeah exactly that he is probably netting post tax c.20k a month. Still a great business
