Brett: This is one of the single best podcast episodes I've ever seen. These guys are doing a great job on the front end, but don't yet understand the back end. They should be doing seller financing to their best employees, with an ongoing industry association membership at say, 3% of sales. This will make them teachers of small business owners on an ongoing basis. Big corporations cannot compete with networks of owner operated small businesses.

I will watch this probably a few times, especially the ads/funnel stuff which is alien language to me but man you are incredible. Just the level of detailed questions you went into, the control you had over the whole interview etc. Bravo! Also when you asked about a list of all the types of businesses. I'm in Canada and as such a pool business is out of the question here :) Much love brother.

I worked as a pool tech for a couple years (repair side), and i never relaised the amount of pools the cleanera could do in a day. The company as segmented in two so i never got to go out and actually clean pools. If you're mechanically inclined hot tub repair is a good market to tap into. I trained with a guy who only worked on hot tubs and he stayed busy year round. I really enjoyed the questions that were asked and much props to those guys for being open and really answering the questions and not trying to hide anything so you can buy a course. @@TheBrettWay Yes, very interesting his lead gen process, most people on the industry only grow by word of mouth. I’ll definitely try this lead gen process like he does. What I did not quite understand was if he uses GHL, why does he use unbounce for landing pages? If he can connect unbounce with twilio, why would he need GHL?
@TheBrettWay
@TheBrettWay 9 ай бұрын
@@caiomoura9637 i would assume he learned unbounce early on in his career and became more proficient with it and then when he started go high level it was just habit. Im sure it was just a personal preference and not really an overly tactical choice. Just do whatever gets the job done. He likes go high level because he can have sub accounts accross his different companies - pool cleaning, pest control, car detailing and painting

Great Video and tremendously helpful for those of us who are looking for a simple business that has a massive appeal- the one question I have is are the employees sub-contractors? because I have heard of the outsourcing, subcontracting model, where the independent contractor has their own tools and truck and accepts assignments. I guess there are many models to implement in the home business sector. Again great video and continued success.
