We just have to remain optimistic and keep it going. So the framework as regards setting SEO deliverables is to decipher the client's most profitable or most in demand service. Then prioritize ranking a keyword related to the selected service. I have a question about billing. Is it advisable to include the Framer subscription cost in my fee or make it distinct, so the client can pay for it themselves?

The goal is to select the easiest keyword to rank for, it's +10 pts if it's his most profitable service. Ideally, you'll charge for the yearly plan and take 50% with your affiliate link. Otherwise, you transfer the website to his account and let him add his credit card.
