EASIEST WAY TO REMOVE AND REPLACE YOUR BMW E46 DOOR ACTUATOR!!!! WITHOUT REMOVING THE WINDOW !!!

How to remove your E 46 door lock actuator without removing the window rail hey guys well hopefully this video helps you out let me know if you guys got any questions I’ll be more than happy to answer them but as you guys can see I went ahead and remove my old actuator that was not working on my BMW 325 CI I picked one up from the junkyard to lock actuator was $22 at the junkyard which it was a big gamble but you guys could buy the warranty just in case it doesn’t work or you get the wrong one but like I said this job should be done in less then 30Minutes to replace everything by you guys it was the easiest way for me to replace the door actuator after regretting removing the window frame the motor the window itself it was just a big pain in the ass so I had to think of an easiest way without compromising the door and I believe this is the easiest way to replace on both doors let me know what you guys think on how to replace door actuator on a BMW 325 CI 2001

Mine was oposite, lock actuator in car was without cable and one i bought is the system with cable.. i didnt know about this so now im stuck and cant fix my door lock actuator. The new one opens from inside, locks and unlocks with key but i cant open the door from the outside... any tips? Maybe frankenstein the 2 mechanisms, swap them by drilling the ribits? I really dont know..

For the ones wondering, i drilled the ribits out and swapped them over, little grinding and bending is required to make it fit perfectly, mine works now perfectly!

aww man yup sounds like my situation well give a try or try returning it were you got it from and if that doesn't work then go for it i did think of doing that too removing the ribits also you can try by getting the door handle like for one that has the cable you only need the inside part of the door handle maybe that can get that out of the way
