Think you should have tinted the windshield. I normally don’t but did yesterday and love it. 35% just to protect the dash.

I really like the new Escalade color and the tint. The two of you have a better sense of color combination than the people at GM. All they know is black, white and red exterior color… they are everywhere. Unless it was a camera effect… when close to the tint one can see inside a little better than being backed away 5-8 feet. Hopefully this satisfies local law enforcement and they will find something a little better to focus their time on other than car window tinting. All window tint law needs to be abolished or made a secondary offense which means tinting can not be the primary reason for the stop. I'm happy to learn nothing weird happened to cause Mrs. Donslife to be apprehensive about being seen in public… other than driving a really nice ride… 🤣🤣 That's what happens when you drive a cool ride. In any event it’s a wise choice to protect one's privacy and safety.

You are correct, a attractive Woman driving alone in today's Wild Wild World can be a concern. If Tinting will give her a more secure feel, go for it. And she is a very Pretty Lady. Window Tinting can have affect at night time driving, it does require more attention of objects and headlights. Many like to have the Windshield "Brow" Tinted to save the Sun's glare. I hope everyone be careful in this endeavor.

Them Canadian tint laws crazy, buddy I’m running double 5 all around here in Texas , cops don’t fw me either 😹😹. Area dependent but man to me even 5% is tooo light for me

Just under 40,000km and just over 3 yrs old. I find the performance is great. I also perform more frequent oil changes.

@@Donslife 35% i wanted 50% i hve 50 on all my cars front side windows never been pulled over but tint shop was out of 50% so i went with 35% and its to dark we roll the sunroof shade back if we are around cops makes it appear lighter haha

Cops must be strict on tint in Canada because here in NC 35% is the legal limit but everyone gets away with 5% because police man probably have it on their personal cars too.
