Guide is perfect except the fact of cutting stone after buying accs imo. What I do always is either try to cut a stone first 7/6 or 7/7 9/5 etc. and then go to make a build (considering we can share stones between alts). Ofc I will check prices first in market for combinations and prefer one stone from another stone but still, first stone cutting then buying for me.

Bro.. this really helped me.. I'm a brand new player.. I joined the game the last day of souleater event.. I got the relic gear and the engraving support literally the last hours (I didn't know that an event was running lol I just got lucky joining the last hours of the event Ig) and I was worried that I'll fall when the engraving supp ends.. Super well done Video, many people should watch it only thing I see as a minus ist at 12:35 where you mention that with 2x legy engravings and staying in relic gear that a 7/6 stone is the min. which is not true you can use either a 6/5 or 7/4.

Overall a good guide but you can also work out 5x3+1 with a 6/5 stone but will need full 6/3 Acc's and 2 legendary books (on that setup your +1 will be the 5 on your stone tho). The better the stone the cheaper it gets but you dont need 7/6 for it. (so if you roll 7/5 or 6/6 early dont force 7/6 or 7/7, 6/5 might be really expensive as you need class piece with 6/3 aswell)

It makes so much sense, and what I did to gear my alt was the complete OPPOSITE hahahaha now I know where to begin and I also need grudge maxed. So just to sum up get the class ring first +3 on the class engraving and a +5 on anything else. Then +3 +3 on a high qual necklace with 2 popular engravings. 2 high qual +3/5 earrings with one popular and one unpopular engraving. Then 3/5 ring. and last stone. also beware of the red stats is that it or am i missing any important info

One advice for new players, NEVER cut your stone after you buy the accessories, what he said may help with the negatives but cutting your stone first my save more gold by getting a decent stone like a 9 6, or a 8 8, or something like that, it may help you to get a 5x3+1 while saving gold buying accessories that have like 5 3 on legendary that is cheaper than a 6 3, some times you can even buy an accessory with just 1 engraving useful and the other can be garbage, or even buy a 3 3 ancient. That's why you should always cut your stone first.

i do see your point, but kitting out a 7/6 stone is pretty free to achieve, especially for a new player. I know people who spend hours and countless unnecessary gold going for 7/7. Plus you can get lucky rolling after, especially if building a 5x3, like i said in example section. aimed for 7/6 stone and got a 9/6. if you go 5x3 route i still think after is most optimal for newer players.

@@IntoTheCrawlspace Even when i'm 100% with you about what you're saying, sadly if a new player use pheons and gold to make a 5x3 build, for me it's only recommended if they don't have already 2 engravings x12 to put on the slots, if they do use that time with the event to farm gold and get 2 engravings in x12, the better path is going for a 5x3+1, i know is not something a new player should aim for, but the problem is our community, they will gatekeep them hard just because on top of being low roster lvl and using event gems, also being 5x3 is more than enough for most groups for not accepting them, having a 5x3+1 may help them to get into partys, also it will save pheons that they will not need to waste in the future.

it is just my personal method. I don't know if I have just god rng, but getting a 7/6 stone in my experience is fairly simple. Rng happens regardless, but having the stone at the end allows you to map out the auction house for a very cheap build. There is a world where u could map out ur build, favorite and then roll stone in hopes u get lucky for more 3/3-3/4 variations for even more cost saving, but from my experience 1 of those items will be sold by the time you get what u want. Maybe if my guide was based around a 7/7 i'd sing a different tune, but I legit bought 5x3+1 last night for my SS and my 2nd roll was a 8/6 with the total build 5 accessories and 2 stones being 30k (100 pheons cost included). Appreciate the positivity friend.

@@IntoTheCrawlspace Yeah i think everyone has their own method, for me that didn't work, but cutting the stone first was a really good thing for my Slayer and my Summoner, i got an 8/7 stone on one and a 9/6 stone in the other, so i saved some gold because i didn't need that many points into some accessories, mostly helpful if you aim for a good quality necklace so you just look for one useful engraving and the other can be useless and you can still get a 5x3+1. But again, that was my experience, if that method work for you that may work for new players too.

It's not what spec you are playing, it's how much you are willing to pay for higher quality accessories. Also if you are a DPS without a support friend, and not having juicy gems, a 5x3 full relic accessories set is the biggest ticket for you to get gatekept in higher content like Kaya HM and Nakkan, if you pay for ancient to get the +1, it could double or triple the amount of gold. So either new players quit the game bc of how much you have to pay for their build or they quit bc they play in lobby finder more than in the raids. Only the ones with power of friendship will stay :3

What new player, playing outside from engraving events, should do if they decide to play a unpopular class? Last time I checked SA MB there was only ONE class accessory for my Pistoleer. Now, being locked out from a lv3 class engraving because there are no class accessories being sold, since Deadeye have low population of players in general, is pretty lame and makes me wanna quit the game. How many weeks until I find a class accessory, with a second usable engraving, sub stat and no negative? And until I get my lv3 class engraving, I would be gatekepet to oblivion and unable to farm gold. Nice game design...

are you looking for a certain class accessory? Or any with meta 2nd engraving with it? Before the class engraving drop rate on relic was increased this was a common occurrence, either giga expensive or just none on the market. I know SA market is kind of screwed so don't know how viable this info is, but I would just keep waiting for pistoleer acc to drop in any format on the market, check relic and ancient of course. Reminder any format of 3/3 3/4 3/5 3/6 works just so you can get out of this jail.

@@IntoTheCrawlspace The only one available was a relic ring with +3 pistoleer/+5 necromancy/ +3 atk power negative and it was swiftness. I literally just filtered by pistoleer engraving. Only ONE. A single one. 😂 I laugh now that I think of it. So, my situation is lv2 pistoleer and lv2 cursed doll as my last 2 engravings needing closure. I can't join any PF and players don't join my room. It's perfect 😍. And my friends are not available at the same time as myself. I asked them to keep an eye on drops the MB but it's gonna be one month that I'm looking for it. I'll just try to farm gold with life skills and wait for next week reset and pray the MB is filled with some >usableusable< options. I don't mind changing other accessories, I just want a single with class + second engraving. I'll pay whatever the price for a 0 quality ring + negative engraving, but at least I'll be fully built. But this system should be reworked. It's TERRIBLE for unpopular classes on servers like SA. My characters power progression shouldn't be tied to my class population. Like, WTAF?

I don't know if you saw the recent update, but in a few months you will merge with rest of NA, but that's an eternity away. IF you want a quick resolution to your problem, just buy a 3/3 legendary ring as a placeholder. This is not ideal, but it will at least allow you to play a 5/3 build while you wait for a class accessory in the relic or ancient tier. If there's also 0 available, go to the Legion Raid Exchange and go to the Mayhem Mark Merchant tab and exchange for the 30 accessory box. Every drop from that box is 100% a class accessory with random stats and 2nd engraving so your rolling for luck here because its only really viable on a ring for less of a drastic drop off in stats. Once again not a great option, but could be a placeholder for the time being.

5x3+1 is not needed for Akkan, this is false. Guide is meant for new players straight after 1540. NM Akkan by no means needs +1 and I give steps to working towards a +1 anyways.

Not basing it on what can be done, but what is needed to get into lobby with the gold a new player should have. I let in plenty of 5x3s into nm Akkan without factoring in the slight dmg increase ether predator or adrenaline +1 would add. I do mention in video that the better built out the more likely you will get into the lobby, the guide is just breaking down basic fundamentals of how to buy meta class builds for new players who may be flustered by it.
