Ya ya,in Luyia we call it omutere,in Kimaragoli is Umutere,a wonderful vegetable which makes you swallow a lot of ugali thru the throat.Its very smooth and usually mixed with "MITO"or even sukuma wiki.

I go buy my house meat in bulk here at stall 449 ...i get the best 🥩 here ... plus i have a matumbo vendor who sells very nice matumbo for me i prepare at home ... your tour guy is so detailed the one in blue shirt👌....but the government of ruto zakayo has been frustrating this traders there

A bit more training needed in hygiene. Too much youching of meat with bare hands, gloves needed. The city should provide fresh running water for all the stalls. The more prosperous vendors should invest in refrigeration too.

You guysb you dontknow how to consume ugali with uomutere,you simply cut a huge chunk of ugali in your hand,use the thumb to create a big enough depression in the ugali,then approach the container of omutere in sweeping manner to allow the omutere occupy the depression you made,then into the mouth,my friend,the next step,the ugali will be in the stomach without you knowing.Congratulations.
