These were never torn down, they have been gutted and renovated into very nice apartments called Parkside at East Atlanta and rents start from the $800's up to $1200. The original buildings still stand to this day. The mailing address is Atlanta even though it's at the end of Bouldercrest and Flat Shoals. We all know it was Gucci's trap house and all the things that went down here back in the day. It's a gated community with patrolled security now. Check it out if you need an apartment!

So I guess these apartments are gone, just like pretty much all the other low-rent/public housing complexes in ATL. I have rarely/almost-never gone on that part of Bouldercrest, so I'm unfamiliar w/ what was, or is, over there. And this is someone who went to McNair Sr. High for a year- but I'm just unfamiliar w/ any part of Bouldercrest north of McNair. I'm guessing that McNair is not that far down the street from this- yet it is in unincorporated Dekalb & is a Dekalb County school.
